Career Coaching and counselling draws from my training in career counselling, career coaching and organisational theory. Informed also by training in mindfulness neuroscience, attachment theory, psychodynamic theories, mindful self-compassion (MSC), trauma informed mindfulness & counselling, polyvagal theory & leadership studies.
