What approaches do I use in holistic counselling & Coaching?
My approach draws from my training & experience in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) & Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), mindfulness neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma-informed counselling, positive psychology, polyvagal theory, mindful self-compassion, mindful movement (yoga & dance), person centred, Hakomi, art & eco therapy & psychodynamic counselling. I combine skills, tools & practices like specific mindfulness meditation, journalling, art, movement, role playing, nature & talking to help you through the inner-work of self-discovery, healing, transformation and growth. I am confident using both top-down (cognitive-behavioural) and bottom-up (body-mind) integrative approaches.

I came to Marion to do the 8 week Mindfulness course to help understand and see if I could improve a work environment that was quite stressful. Marion gave me the tools to deal with conflict in the workplace and to manage my stress, through assertiveness and various types of meditation.
