What is The Authentic Leadership Program?
You'll be immersed in six empowering themes to help you expand and deepen your awareness, clarify your authentic leadership pathway and uncover your unique strengths and talents. Develop insights for overcoming obstacles, navigating challenge and moving through the threshold of change creatively and with vitality.
The Authentic Leadership coaching program is informed by years of experiences helping people unlock their potential to live and work meaningfully. It draws from organisational theory, authentic leadership and mindful leadership skills. I will help you understand your leadership and life stage, clarify your goals and support and empower you to live and lead in harmony with the natural world and share your gifts with others compassionately.
You'll identify and align your action with your values and moral code, discover how to develop unshakable trust and belief in yourself and empower others. Develop the capacity to hold space for complexity and uncertainty during the change process and navigate life with a positive, ethical and sustainable impact.

Founder | Professional Coach, Counsellor & Mindfulness Teacher (MBSR).
I believe with the right skills, practices and support you can live with balance, insight and energy. I have a naturally warm and non-judgemental approach and balance street smarts with creativity and structure in my approach to working with clients.
I work with professionals across different industries including technology, health, law, design and education. I also work with entrepreneurs and start ups, athletes and artists and accustomed to working in agile as well as corporate environments and private practice. I specialise in leadership and life coaching with a mindfulness based approach.
I'm a diploma certified Professional Coach with a specialty in career, health/wellness and business. I'm an accredited MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) teacher, have done mindful leadership and self-compassion core skills training. I am currently doing a Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching). I receive supervision for the counselling and mindfulness work I undertake.
I am also a mum of four, a writer for several coaching and wellness publications and when not coaching I enjoy spending time with family, yoga, sailing, gardening and spending time on retreat.
