What's involved in Mindfulness with The Coach Hub
Choose from 4 or 8-week package, single sessions, workshop or courses. Private sessions run for 50 minutes in person or online. The programs and courses come with a workbook, app, extra video, article and worksheets provided in follow up emails. We also run day retreats, mindfulness online events, workplace mindfulness programs and the MBSR program. Students get 20% discount and we can come to your organisation or workplace. I came to Marion to do the 8 week Mindfulness course to help understand and see if I could improve a work environment that was quite stressful. Marion gave me the tools to deal with conflict in the workplace and to manage my stress, through assertiveness and various types of meditation. This was also assisted via her honest feedback on the work scenarios’ that I discussed in the sessions.
