Marion Miller

Founder | Professional Coach, Counsellor & Mindfulness Teacher (MBSR).

I believe with the right skills, practices and support you can live with balance, insight and energy. I have a naturally warm and non-judgemental approach and balance street smarts with creativity and structure in my approach to working with clients.

I work with professionals across different industries including technology, health, law, design and education. I also work with entrepreneurs and start ups, athletes and artists and accustomed to working in agile as well as corporate environments and private practice.  

 

Drawing from an extraordinary 15 year career in coaching, 23 years on the mindfulness pathway I offer you Life, Career and Leadership Coaching and Counselling Approaches and evidence-based mindfulness techniques. 

 

I'm a diploma certified Professional Coach with a specialty in career, health/wellness and business. I'm an accredited MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) teacher, have done mindful leadership and self-compassion core skills training. I am currently doing a Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching). I receive supervision for the counselling and mindfulness work I undertake.

I am also a mum of four, a writer for several coaching and wellness publications and when not coaching I enjoy spending time with family, yoga, sailing, gardening and spending time on retreat.

My private practices are based in Hawthorn and the CBD Melbourne and I also offer sessions online. Contact me if you'd like to know more.
