Join us on Wednesday morning at 10am for an online mindfulness circle for our community. You might be feeling isolated during this pandemic, have mixed emotions, stories and feel compelled to be more community minded.
This is a space for connection and sharing our challenges, feelings and opportunities in a safe, supportive and compassionate space online. All feelings and experiences are welcome and you'll takeaway some good skills and practices to help you navigate life in this new reality.
We'll explore self-care, community mindedness, compassion and cooperation. We'll include talks from guest teachers, inspiring conversations, coaching activities to nourish and support you and a community mindfulness practice.
How it works online?
Ensure you have a private space or headphones, a good internet connection and a Google account to access Google Hangouts; a free video conferencing platform. https://hangouts.google.com/
We'll send you the invitation link to join the sessions and when you join in please introduce yourself. You'll need a pen and paper to take notes and a comfortable spot for meditation practice. Numbers will be limited to 20. You're also welcome to email us ahead of time if you have any questions or concerns.
