convenience, safety and privacy of your office or home. Packages come with digital workbook, free app, face to face video sessions and follow up personalised email support.

Founder | Professional Coach, Counsellor & Mindfulness Teacher (MBSR).
I believe with the right skills, practices and support you can live with balance, insight and energy. I have a naturally warm and non-judgemental approach and balance street smarts with creativity and structure in my approach to working with clients in overcoming their challenges and achieving goals.
I work with professionals across different industries including technology, health, law, design and education. I also work with entrepreneurs and start ups, athletes and artists and accustomed to working in agile as well as corporate environments and private practice.
I'm a diploma certified Professional Coach with a specialty in career, health/wellness and business. I'm an accredited MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) teacher, have done mindful leadership and self-compassion core skills training. I am currently doing a Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching). I receive supervision for the counselling and mindfulness work I undertake. I provide trauma-informed coaching and counselling.
I am also a mum of four, a writer for several coaching and wellness publications and when not coaching I enjoy spending time with family, yoga, sailing, gardening and spending time on retreat.
