A Mindful Message of Hope

Building on the valuable lessons of 2018 is an effective way to help you set a 2019 intention. If you're in the habit of practicing mindfulness and self-compassion it's highly likely you will intend to navigate your new year goals with balance, wholeheartedness and a growing sense of community. It's never too late to begin.

My New Years message is simple; slow down and be aware, stay close to values, open your heart, body and mind to the present moment and make a positive difference to others where you can. This doesn't mean there won't be set-backs, distractions or challenges that require you to rumble with your vulnerabilities but rather seeing your intention as something to help you navigate life with a meaningfully compass.

The more you remain engaged in the present moment and recognise the patterns of mind that keep you separated from the true nature of things including constant change, the more you can show up for life, creatively working toward your goals. I hope this new year brings you all many experiences that deepen your self understanding, enrich your relationships, help you contribute to the greater good of humanity and in turn move you closer to a sense of fulfilment on the pathway of your life.

I look forward to another year of crafting connection, facilitating authentic growth in the community and helping organisation be sustainable and socially responsible.
