We are a leading coaching organisation with over 15 years experience in evidence-based coaching. Chose a Student Coaching package or single session. Sessions run for 50 minutes in person at our private Hawthorn suite, the CBD or online. The 8-week Empowerment Program is the most popular program and comes with a workbook, app, extra video, article and worksheets and follow up emails. We don't have a cookie cutter approach but we'll tailor the sessions to work with your unique needs and empower you to achieve your goals. I believe with the right skills, practices and support you can live with balance, insight and energy. I have a naturally warm and non-judgemental approach and balance street smarts with creativity and structure in my approach to working with clients.
I work with professionals across different industries including technology, health, law, design and education. I also work with entrepreneurs and start ups, athletes and artists and accustomed to working in agile as well as corporate environments and private practice.
I'm a diploma certified Professional Coach with a specialty in career, health/wellness and business. I'm an accredited MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) teacher, have done mindful leadership and self-compassion core skills training. I am currently doing a Bachelor of Counselling (Coaching). I receive supervision for the counselling and mindfulness work I undertake.
I am also a mum of four, a writer for several coaching and wellness publications and when not coaching I enjoy spending time with family, yoga, sailing, gardening and spending time on retreat.
