Nicole has a portfolio career and a diverse skill set. Nicole is the CEO and director of Create Wellbeing Group, which specializes in clinical nutrition, corporate health and wellbeing, wellness coaching and facilitation. Nicole runs her own clinical nutrition practice in Melbourne and has worked as a coach and facilitator at Box Hill Institute, LIW3 a global leadership consultancy, Xplore for Success, equality and inclusion consultancy and other small to medium businesses. You can also hear Nicole on community radio at 3WBC where she is co-host of Big Life Conversation and has a regular segment on nutrition and wellbeing.
Nicole has a B.Ed (University of Melbourne) and an MBA (Monash University). Nicole also has a Diploma in Life Coaching, a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and is a qualified Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. Jakob is passionate about supporting people to develop, build psychological skills and take action that will improve and enrich their lives.
Jakob holds a degree in Coaching from the Australian College of Applied Psychology, and is an accredited coach through the International Coach Federation ( ICF ) at associate certification level. He has completed advanced level training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which fuses cognitive behavioural therapy with the development of mindfulness skills.
Jakob is the founder of the organisation, The Mindful Coach which delivers coaching and mindfulness training programs to adults and young people in group and one on one settings. Jakob also has a wealth of experience in the community services sector, working with adults, families and young people experiencing homeless.
When not at work Jakob loves to practice yoga, surf and cook delicious and nutritious meals. He also plays drums in a band with his wife, loves to drink coffee and travel to warm destinations.
