Why our Wellness Coaching program?
We are a leading coaching organisation with over 15 years experience in evidence-based coaching. Chose a Wellness Coaching package or single session. Sessions run for 50 minutes in person at our private Hawthorn suite, the CBD or online. The 8-week Empowerment Program is the most popular program and comes with a workbook, app, extra video, article and worksheets and follow up emails. We don't have a cookie cutter approach but we'll tailor the sessions to work with your unique needs and empower you to achieve your goals.
